Peter Van Ginkel Professional XL Alu Stretched Canvases have a solid wooden frame reinforced with aluminium for optimal stability, making them ideal for large format sizes.

The canvases are stretched with 390gsm, 100% Belgian Claessens linen of the highest quality and prepared with 2 layers of universal primer, followed by 2 further layers of acrylic primer.

Peter Van Ginkel Professional XL Alu Stretched Canvases are acid-free and suitable for painting with oil and acrylic. Each size is also available in a 25mm standard depth, or a 45mm depth for a deep profile appearance.

These canvases are available in numerous sizes. Sizes 80 x 80cm and above are reinforced with a spacer bar, or cross support depending on format. Sizes 100 x 160cm and above are reinforced with a double cross for extra stability.
